Consent to receive SMS messages from Bill Hansen Catering is collected only through the chat widget on https://www.billhansencatering.org.
To opt in, open the chat, enter your mobile phone number, and check the SMS consent box. The box is not pre-checked. Checking it is how you agree to receive transactional texts and acknowledge these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
SMS consent is never a condition of purchasing catering or event services from Bill Hansen Catering.
Your phone number and SMS consent will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you messages. After you send STOP, we will confirm that you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again through the chat widget.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Chatting with us or requesting information does not by itself create a contract for catering or event services. Menus, pricing, dates, and guest counts are confirmed separately. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing.
We may suspend or end access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or used the Site in a way that is unlawful or disruptive.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
